I primarily work with people in the Creative industry helping them to transform their life through emotional integration and self-mastery your emotional state. Creatives wear their hearts on their sleeves and often invest a lot of time in others over themselves. To boot, the total myth that you have to be a bit miserable to maintain your creativity hasn't helped Creative folks prioritise their wellbeing. Your experiences dictate the quality of your emotions. Your emotions dictate the quality of your life. So, emotional mastery is a must. We start by building an acute level of self-awareness of your subconscious patterns that keep you stuck in the same cycles, and then energetically integrate the patterns we find so that they can't run and ruin your life forever! This is what we’ve been missing - the ability to heal and integrate life experiences on an energetic level. Emotional integration and self-mastery takes on a whole new meaning with this understanding of how to self-heal. The power is very much within you!
