About the role
Due to increased demand across our client set and recent new business wins we are looking for an experienced and exceptional Paid Media Manager to contribute to the growth of Varn.
What you will be doing
● You will be an important and senior member of our paid media planning and buying team
● You will take responsibility for the creation of the paid media strategy for your clients
● You will implement the paid media strategy, working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each of you clients
● You will be confident in media buying across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads
● You will be competent at using Google Ads Editor, Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
● You will monitor performance, analysing / interpreting data, drawing conclusions from findings and making recommendations
● Producing bespoke Google Data Studio dashboards for our clients
● Supporting on new business pitches & audits to ambitious SMEs This role profile is not exhaustive; it will be subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to fully participate in such a process if required to positively develop the role.
Requirements
● You have 2+ years of experience in managing Paid Search, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns
● You have strong commercial awareness and love getting under the skin of what really drives success
● You’re an excellent communicator and you’re confident in presenting data and recommendations to clients
● You’re proactive and accountable
● You have a curious mind and love learning to fill in the gaps in your knowledge
● You will contribute to an environment that fosters open communication and trust with all team members, clients, and other stakeholders
● You will collaboratively work with teams across the business deliver a seamless experience to our clients
