Working across a number of projects as a delivery lead you will be in the day to day. Planning and refining backlogs. Working closely with clients to ensure they know what is happening when and creating dev ready user stories and tasks. With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence you will also ensure outcomes from each sprint deliver for the client through quality assurance and testing.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who loves working within a diverse team, has a passion for using Jira well and loves great user stories and testing.   

Working across a number of projects as a delivery lead you will be in the day to day.  Planning and refining backlogs.  Working closely with clients to ensure they know what is happening when and creating dev ready user stories and tasks.    With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence you will also ensure outcomes from each sprint deliver for the client through quality assurance and testing.   

 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Jira  

  • Qualified in an Agile / Scrum methodology and able to apply it flexibly to deliver outcomes based on project size and scope  

  • Comfortable working across agile and waterfall projects  

  • Experience of capturing requirements, generating and managing user stories with clear acceptance criteria  

  • Experience of working with customers / clients as a project manager 

  • Experience of working across multiple projects in a fast paced environment 

  • Passion for customer success and driving positive benefit 

  • Experience of Product ownership 

 

Desirable  

  • Experience of delivering / managing projects in relation to Umbraco and Mobile apps  

  • Passion for technology and tech for good

Job details: 

  • Salary expectation between £35K-£45K, depending on experience 
  • At least 2 days a week in the office
