Hours per week: 10 to 20 hours a week (flexible) The hours of work required will be based on the amount of administration work required during any given week Paid Monthly: Approximately - £635 to £1,300 to be invoiced at the end of each calendar month Equals to an average: £150 to £300 per week / £15 per hour Location: Split between time in the office and working from home (when fully trained) 18 Queen Square, Bath Start Date: from 12th August The Role 1 Managing the Sales Order process 2 Checking ‘Orders’ 3 Sending orders to our warehouse and logistics partner. 4 Making sure all orders are correct, whilst managing short-shelf-life stock, out-of-stock, promotional and low-life discounts, plus finding solutions for any picking or ordering errors that might occur. 5 Forwarding orders through to our clients, enabling them to produce accurate invoices, credit notes and customer statements. 6 Leasing with customers to ensure smooth communications with minimum errors. 7 Inputting sales data into internal spreadsheets, ensuring accurate records of all orders are kept, and our sales budget documents are updated regularly. 8 Offering solutions to any aspects of the sales order process where required. 9 Additional office duties, such as packing and sending samples out to customers. 10 Brand Builders order taking - receiving orders and forwarding them on to our clients for fulfilment. 11 Update internal records Skills required: • An excellent understanding and experience with Excel spreadsheets. • Excellent PC skills (not Apple Mac) • Proficient user of all Microsoft Office applications. • Well organised with a meticulous eye for details. • Formal Qualifications are not essential, but a good standard of English is required • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions and changes • Warm friendly personality and an interest in speciality food would be great! Office HP Laptop and additional monitor provided. The office has a well-furnished kitchen, located in the heart of Bath. No parking available.
