You'll play a critical role in driving prospective students through every stage of their journey—from enquiry to enrolment—by creating engaging, adaptive, and synchronized digital campaigns. About the Role In this role, you will lead and deliver a fully integrated applicant communications strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and driving conversion in alignment with Bath Spa University's growth strategy. You will design and manage robust email campaigns, coordinating closely with key stakeholders to map the applicant journey, optimize content, and ensure a seamless, high-impact experience. By leveraging CRM data, you will refine targeted content, enhance user engagement, and support brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to synchronize marketing efforts, monitor campaign performance, and ensure compliance with data protection laws while staying within budget. Finally, you will produce detailed reports on engagement and ROI, contribute to brand development, and attend key events to deepen your understanding of the University's strengths. About You The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in managing digital marketing projects, with expertise in audience-focused, data-driven conversion plans. They should be proficient in CRM systems, email marketing software, and crafting targeted content across various channels. Strong project management skills, the ability to meet targets, and experience in leading a team are essential. The candidate should be skilled at summarising recruitment data, working with multiple datasets, and ensuring data protection compliance. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation are key, along with a strong understanding of digital and social media trends. Experience in higher education marketing is a plus, and the role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
