Community Manager

Job Title Community Manager (Full time) Contract: Full-Time | Salary: £26-£28k (depending on experience) | Location: Bath | Start Date: ASAP About the role With the opening of a new location in Bath, we’re looking for a highly organised, passionate, creative individual to join our team and help build and nurture the community. Working alongside our Community Managers, you’ll report directly to our Community and Operations Manager. Being a close-knit team, you’ll also work with the Director of Marketing and at times report to the company’s two Founders. You’ll be managing the day-to-day running of the Bath venue. Ensuring members are happy, have everything they need, and the space is running efficiently. The role is wide and varied. You’ll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone proactive who can turn their hand to anything from housekeeping and front of house, to supporting event planning and social media marketing. We’re looking for a fun, friendly, super-organised person, whose passion and drive supports our purpose and embodies our company values of trust, openness and inclusivity. You should be creative at heart, with a keen interest in the local creative community.
