Design Manager

The successful candidate will be the linchpin of a dedicated Team, and work in conjunction with our UK/International account managers and our customers with a primary focus on delivering bespoke briefs across Gift Wrap, Gift Bags and Crackers. Responsible for ensuring that all concepts follow the critical path and achieve deadlines. With pro-active project management and design planning, to deliver commercial solutions in accordance with the customer vision. Ensuring all relevant stakeholders and account managers are kept up to date with progress is vital, along with a meticulous eye for details and a head for finding new ways to develop product and elevate our creations.
